After years of experience in realestate in France, the company Blees Estates / Insaat Ltd. was established in January 2004 by Tiek Blees. With a background of renting and selling properties in France for several years it was a new start in Turkey. In 2006 Blees Estates started to develop luxury villa’s in the beautiful Turkish hillsides at the coastline of the Kusadasi region. The villa’s are designed and constructed to meet the high European standards. The whole process, from purchasing the plot, construction and sales is done by Blees Estates. The Blees Estates developments are small scaled to guard the high standards we set. It is all about quality.

Dutch owned company

Blees Estates is a Dutch owned and managed company with offices in Holland and Turkey. More than eight years of experience in Turkey has brought us lots of knowledge which is used to benefit our customers. At this moment,  Blees Estates has developed three projects and a staff of twenty-five people, dedicated to built our luxury second homes.
