The layout of the villa in Turkey (four bedroom)
Blees Estates started the fourth project in the region of Kusadasi in early 2010. Half the homes on this project already sold! At the park, called Izarra Saray, are arising twentytwo panoramic Tuscan homes. The houses are located near Yaylakoy on Turkish soil near a USGA golf course.
The quality detached houses with a private pool, each on a large plot of 1100 m². Each villa with stunning views over the bay with the Greek island of Samos in the middle of the visor. On the ground floor you will find on the left side the spacious living room with fireplace and sliding doors to terrace and pool. The central dining room with designer kitchen and sliding doors to terrace and pool. On the right side of the building, the hall with guest toilet with hanging fountain, a storage room with heating and washing machine, two separate bedrooms with spacious bathroom with shower / bath, toilet and washbasin hanging with double sink. Total area: 101 m² (approx 85 m² terrace ).
Floor layout
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with separate storage / closet and a sliding door to large terrace adjacent 16.5 m². A luxury bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin hanging. Total area of the floor: 49 m².
The houses have central heating LPG gas tank and five airconditioning connections.
Spacious garden
Your home has a spacious garden, which, by your own understanding can be built. Terraces, olive trees, palm trees, citrus trees, oleanders and other nice things, make your yard a true oasis for relaxation or inspiration to come.
Optional basement
There is the possibility to realize an extra room by a basement, at minimal additional cost. Up to three compartments may be achieved by each 6×6 m. Many use it as a garage for car storage, laundry, etc. But it can also be an opportunity for a hobby room, an extra apartment, a studio or what not to realize.
